Promotional stand

Type B stand

The width and depth of the type B stand area is 2 m.
Only one type B stand per vendor.
Unfurnished stand area

The minimum size of the unfurnished stand area is 3,5 m × 2 m.
The measurements of the stand area will be determined with the accuracy of 0.5 m.
Type A stand

Includes a table, two chairs and electricity (300W).
The size of the type A stand area is 3 m × 2 m.
Corner placement available for the additional fee of 30 €.
Only one type A stand per vendor.
Each stand option comes with the necessary number of Vendor Badges.
Vendor Badges grant entry to the convention area, but do not give access to the program.
Vendor Badges are company-specific.

Location and opening hours

Fri 3 pm – 9 pm, Sat 10 am – 6 pm, and Sun 10 am – 3 pm
Construction
Thu 12 pm – 16 pm, Fri 8 am – 3 pm
Dismantling
Sun 3 pm – 8 pm and during maintenance hours (1 hour before Hall 1 opens and 1 hour after Hall 1 closes).
Admittance
Each stand option comes with the necessary number of Vendor Badges. Vendor Badges grant entry to the convention area and to the Staff Lounge, but they do not give access to the program of the event. Admittance to the Vendor Hall during construction, maintenance and dismantling hours requires a Vendor Badge. Vendor Badges are company-specific.
When reserving your stands, you can also order weekend tickets to the event for the pre-sale price of 38 € per ticket (regular price when bought at the event being 42 €). The preordered tickets will be paid in the same bill as the stands. Wristband tickets and Vendor Badges will be delivered to your stand area before the convention begins.
Terms and conditions
Furniture and equipment
Vendors are free to use their own furniture in all available stand types within the Vendor Hall. Promotional stands are located outside of the Vendor Hall, and using other than predetermined furniture is not allowed. Additional tables and chairs can be rented for stands.
Messukeskus has its own wireless network which is free to use. However, this network may not always operate reliably if there are other access points or wireless networks (e.g. those that come with wireless payment terminals) nearby.
It is possible to organize small events and other program at the stand area as long as the Vendor Hall Coordinator is notified and has agreed to this in advance.
Since the lighting at the Vendor Hall is relatively dim, we recommend bringing along your own lights. However, please remember that the electricity consumption of the stand area must not exceed its appointed limits even momentarily. Any further needs for more electricity must be notified before the end of June and will be charged with an additional fee.
